What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the payment service industry
- Investigate and report on compliance violations
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, including Bank Indonesia
- Oversee the resolution of customer complaints related to compliance issues
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
- Advise management on compliance matters and recommend corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services or fintech industry
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, particularly those related to payment service providers
- Familiarity with AML and KYC procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Certification in compliance or anti-money laundering is a plus
- Experience working with regulatory bodies, especially Bank Indonesia is a plus
