Quality Control Associate

Job Description:

• Supervising critical activities within the central kitchen scope, including the process of receiving raw materials, production processes, and delivery processes.
• Perform standard checks on every operational flow.
• Collecting reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Chemistry / Biology or related field.
• Demonstrate experience of working in multiple food categories.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of numeracy, and good negotiation skills.
• Be able to work alone and collaboratively as part of a team and liaise with colleagues and suppliers at all levels.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced and changing working environment and helping others adapt in complicated circumstances or during periods of change.
• Ability to make evaluative judgments.
