1) Social Media Marketing (SMM):

  • Developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience.
  • Creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Organizing and executing campaigns in collaboration with KOL and program participants
  • Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Staying updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure a proactive and innovative approach
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media and preparing monthly reports as well as making recommendations

2) Email Marketing:

  • Drafting and executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and scheduling using Mailchimp and Stripo
  • Managing the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communications to our audiences
  • Designing and optimizing email templates for better engagement and conversion rates
  • Conducting A/B testing to refine email content and strategies
  • Maintaining the Mailchimp platform by importing, exporting, segmenting, and archiving contacts

3) Graphic Design and Video Editing:

  • Design and edit a variety of materials, including e-flyers, posters, booklets, brochures, presentations, banners (for emails, online events, and platforms), and other promotional collateral.
  • Ensure all graphic designs and video edits align with brand guidelines, effectively communicating the intended message.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to conceptualize and create visual and video elements that convey brand identity and messaging.
  • Edit video content, including trimming, and adding transitions, captions, animations, and music, to create polished and engaging videos for both short- and long-form formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, webinars).

4) Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
  • Create engaging and visually compelling content for digital platforms, including the blog, email marketing, and social media.
  • Leverage graphic design and video editing skills to produce high-quality visuals, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose and adapt content for different formats (e.g., blog posts, social media snippets, video clips).
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging while optimizing for SEO and lead generation.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.

5) Collaboration:

  • Working closely with other team members to integrate social media and email marketing efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the other team members to align messaging across different channels.
  • Assisting the marketing team with other marketing-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, graphic design, video editing, and email marketing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude toward new challenges.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools such as Capcut, Wondershare Filmora, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Stripo.
  • Excellent use of Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript would be an added advantage.
