Responsibilities

  • Handle customers by Calls/Chat/Email (All LOB)
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
  • Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete All Call Logs
  • Updating customers profile into computer
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree any Major
  • Minimum GPA 2,75
  • Fresh Graduated are welcome
  • Able to speak in English
  • Fluent in Japanese ( N2 or above more preferred)
  • Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday
  • Willing to work in Jakarta
