Artmosphere Design is a dynamic branding & design agency seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our team. The primary role of the Account Executive is to drive client acquisition and foster long-term relationships with our existing clients. You will play a key part in the growth of our business by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored design solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Manage the negotiation and closing process of new deals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales targets, client interactions, and business development activities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact for any questions, issues, or project updates.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic input for future business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a design or creative industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of branding, graphic design, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
