Sales Engineer

Qualification:

- Experience as a sales engineer in the construction, chemical or building materials industry

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

- Candidates who have private vehicles are preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), negotiation skills, as well as the ability to cross-sell and upsell.

- Strong ability to solve problems and have resilience in facing challenges.

- Have knowledge about mortar products and how to use them.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for finding new customers until the sales closing process.

2. Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.

3. Report daily sales activities to the Sales Manager.

4. Summarize and create daily, monthly and annual sales reports.

5. Coordinate with the Sales Manager and sales administration regarding the delivery of goods to customers.

6. Participate in sales meetings or company meetings.

7. Maintain the confidentiality of company data.
