Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to derive insights and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Track progress toward strategic goals and report on key metrics to leadership, identifying areas that may require adjustments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align strategies and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, economics, finance, or a similar discipline.
• Collaboration and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams is important, as junior strategists often need to coordinate with multiple departments.
• The ability to adapt to changing business environments and think creatively in response to unexpected challenges.
• Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support the execution of strategic plans.
