Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and driven Content Creator to join Fluxgate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, editing graphics and videos, and maintaining a strong presence on social media. This is a remote position; however, candidates should be based in Malang or the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and compelling graphic content (images, infographics, etc.) for use across digital platforms.
  • Edit and enhance video and graphic materials to meet brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and social media content.
  • Manage and update social media platforms with visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Stay up to date on current design and social media trends, applying these insights to improve content performance.
  • Assist in conceptualizing content ideas for brand promotion and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content creation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Must be based in Malang or able to work remotely within the Malang area.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools, familiar with Content Scheduling
  • Experience working on content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing a creative touch.
  • Fresh Grads are welcome.
