Job Description Summary:

The Football Coach is responsible for training players aged 5-14 years with a focus on developing their technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills. The main goal is to ensure that players grow and improve according to the standards and philosophy of HRC Football Academy.

Main Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead engaging and age-appropriate training sessions.

- Manage the team on match days (player selection, strategy, and in-game instructions).

- Provide regular feedback to support player development.

- Maintain positive relationships with players and parents.

- Participate in coaching development programs and collaborate with support staff.

Qualifications:

- Coaching License: Minimum AFC C License or equivalent.

- Experience: At least 1 year of coaching at a football school or academy.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and understanding of technical and tactical aspects of the game.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and travel as needed.
