Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role in Bogor for a dedicated and organized General Affairs & EHS Staff (Project Based) to join our team on a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative, operational, and environmental health and safety (EHS) functions within the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including liaising with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle administrative tasks and travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed
  • Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices related to general affairs activities.
  • Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Handle administrative reports in the event of work accidents, incidents and near misses.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS activities and incidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office and EHS initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma Degree all major
  • At least 2 years of experience at GA role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
