Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role in Bogor for a dedicated and organized General Affairs & EHS Staff (Project Based) to join our team on a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative, operational, and environmental health and safety (EHS) functions within the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

This is a temporary on-site role in Bogor for a dedicated and organized General Affairs & EHS Staff (Project Based) to join our team on a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative, operational, and environmental health and safety (EHS) functions within the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including liaising with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Handle administrative tasks and travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed
- Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices related to general affairs activities.
- Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Handle administrative reports in the event of work accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Maintain accurate records of EHS activities and incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office and EHS initiatives
- Minimum of a Diploma Degree all major
- At least 2 years of experience at GA role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well in a team environment
