We are looking for someone to manage our production and fulfillment operations for Bali Forages. We are a Nutrition and Specialty food company on a mission to improve and benefit the health of people and the planet while pursuing animal welfare. Responsibilities:
Day to day responsibilities includes managing production and ensuring sanitary operation of the production facility according to procedures.
Coordinating and controlling manufacturing processes, so that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Monitoring inventory, purchasing and ordering ingredients and resources needed and negotiation on procurements.
Overseeing incoming orders, packing, logistics, and shipments.
Ensuring equipment is cleaned, repaired and well maintained.
Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Implementing the company’s policies and goals.
Collate and analyze data, creating production and budget reports for directors.
Supervise, motivate and manage a team of staff.
Reviewing staff performance and identifying training needs.
Requirements:
A minimum of S1 / Bachelor Degree.
Background and a minimum of 5 Years of working experience in Food Science and Technology / Operations / Production and Manufacturing in similar or same roles.
Ideal candidate should have experience in BPOM certified facility.
We are looking for someone with leadership and management skills, ability to multitask, strong negotiation skills, with high attention to detail and a strong communicator.
Candidates will be reviewed based on a result driven approach, ability to work in a logical and systematic manner.
Candidate has to be computer literate, and proficient in word, excel, and google suite. Willing to learn new software and tools.
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
