Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble video content, ensuring the final product is polished and aligns with BIOTA's branding and communication goals
- Work closely with the content creation and marketing teams to understand project requirements, audience preferences, and overall objectives
- Utilize video editing software, like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, to create high-quality videos incorporating graphics, sound effects, and special effects
- Maintain consistency in video style, pacing, and adherence to brand guidelines across all content produced
- Provide creative input and collaborate on ideas to improve storytelling and enhance viewer engagement
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in video production and editing, continually seeking ways to innovate
- Demonstrated experience as a video editor, including a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles and formats
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, and video formatting
- Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing narratives
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Excellent time management skills and the capacity to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
- Interest in technology and the smart home industry is preferred
