JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. This Brand Manager position can also be intended for those of you who are looking for the position: Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Marketing Communications Manager
2. Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity
3. Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
4. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
5. Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
6. Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values and Making important business decisions to ensure campaigns align with the company’s vision and direction
7. Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
8. Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
9. Collaborating with different teams such as e-commerce, sales, creative, production, etc.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, business or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years working as a Senior, Lead or Manager in Marketing project or creative project within fashion or beauty companies
3. Previous experience in managing and leading teams
4. Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts
5. Creative thinker and problem solver
6. Highly organized and perform well under pressure
7. Strong research and analytical skills
8. Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
9. Having background from Skincare, Personal Care or Fashion industry is more preferred
10. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
