JOB OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for the online presentation, product assortment, and overall customer shopping experience on the company’s e-commerce platform. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing category performance, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the right products are available online and are presented in a compelling way. The E-Commerce Category Analyst plays a key role in driving online sales by ensuring that the digital storefront is engaging, easy to navigate, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Min. years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, retail merchandising, or a related role.
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, and merchandising related application.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Leadership skills
• Willing to WFO from Pancoran, South Jakarta
