About the Role

As a Maintenance Manager, you are responsible to provide guidance on the management of Mechanical and Electrical equipment maintenance throughout the organization so that the Mechanical and Electrical equipment in each building functions properly, in order to ensure smooth operations and employee work activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide opinions and suggestions regarding site operations related to Mechanical and Electrical equipment for management and other departments.
  • Ensure that all maintenance plans for equipment and production machinery, including preventive maintenance, overhauls, and repairs of damaged machines, run according to SOPs and schedules.
  • Identify areas for improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the maintenance process.
  • Enhance the productivity of maintenance human resources while continuing to work in accordance with HSE regulations.
  • Analyze all costs related to maintenance and implement improvements to make them more effective and efficient.
  • Ensure that all company obligations related to the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations are carried out in accordance with applicable provisions to realize Good Corporate Governance.
  • Implement HSE in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented, and controlled.
  • Educate and ensure that all teams, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable safety regulations.

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven 5-10 years of solid experience as a Maintenance or Building Management Manager.
  • Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance programs, equipment management, and budget management.
  • Experience managing multi-site or large-scale operations is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, machinery, and tools used in the industry.
  • Experience implementing workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance with all K3LL (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Protection) requirements.
  • Willing to be located in Head Office (Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta).
