Business Analyst

You will responsible for providing reports accompanied by data analysis related to F&B store performance and marketing activities as a reference in superior decision making and determining strategic steps so that performance can be achieved optimally.

Responsibilities :

• Process and analyze data related to all business performance achievements (including F&B stores) and marketing activities to ensure all data is integrated and can provide useful information to superiors
• Create store data reports (such as MPP, sales reports, incentives, AM data, QSC, promo effectiveness, big order performance, etc.) as a reference for superiors to determine strategic steps for business unit achievements
• Facilitate data and presentation materials for the needs of the Director (operations & business unit) in strategies to improve business unit performance
• Regularly monitor the achievement of store operations and the effectiveness of promotions based on predetermined performance indicator
• Provide suggestions for improvements/recommendations based on the results of data analysis and applicable regulations to improve better performance

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in all major
2. Experience as a Business Analyst for at least 3 years
3. Experience in handling PDCA, business analyst or corporate strategy
4. Expert skill in Data analysis, Statistical data skill, Logical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, and Reporting Skill
