Job Description :

  • Manage relationship and joint business planning with E-Commerce Retailer/s
  • Build accurate forecasts and drive account results by planning all sales growth drivers accordingly
  • Manage account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process and ensure alignment in the joint business plans, to get the retailers’ buy-in. Also conduct store evaluation by analyzing store ratings, delivery issues, chat responds and other indicators
  • Develop, plan, execute and measure the campaigns (exclusive launch, Harbolnas, etc) and sales promotion across Godrej Indonesia e-commerce accounts. Objective is to increase the number of official store's followers, positive comments, and page visits; also maintain higher YTD sales.
  • With LBO team: (1) ensure PO and shipment delivery for a seamless online shopping experience, including stock availability management and on-time delivery promise execution (2) monthly service level monitoring and evaluation.
  • Work closely with Finance team to monitor AR
  • Brief vendor on content and key visual for Godrej Indonesia Official Store
  • Analyze market competition and competitor activities to have the market insight

Requirement :

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economy/Management, Communication or equivalent major
  • Having Experiences Min. 3-4 years experience as account manager under e-commerce ecosystem
  • Preferably has experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
  • Good knowledge and Experiences handling E-Commerce site sales & traffic performance, E-Commerce and Digital campaign execution and Sales and E-Commerce activities growth
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
