Responsibilities
• Responsible for local sales and business development of Rittal products.
• Meet the defined budget and annual operating plan.
• Contribute to the overall market and product strategy.
• Develop the market further by implementing all planned sales & marketing activities, suggest improvement measures. Work towards improving Rittal’s presence and visibility in the market.
• Identify key projects or potential projects; mapping out potential players in the industry.
• Work on getting Rittal’s products specified for key projects.
• Develop and maintain key customer’s relationships.
• Identify customer needs, analyze/determine price/offer, and secure order. Implement commercial agreements, prepare proposals and ensure sales closure.
• Review customer complaints, compile and submit to the concerned department to close customer complaints on time to enable quality customer experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in either Electrical/Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the sales field.
• Good communication skills. Good commend on English language.
• Must possess a car and a valid driving license
• Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances.
• Assertiveness, Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation skills with a target oriented approach to work
• Capable of working independently, with high level of flexibility; Willing to take initiative.
• Strong drive to reach the finish line and ability to follow up diligently until you close sales opportunities.
• Must be willing to spend time outside of working hour to build relationship with customers.
• Experience in selling products industrial products like cables, switchgear, pneumatics, enclosures, accessories, cooling units etc. is preferred.
• Experience in selling Panels and related industries is preferred.
• Experience in project pursuit by influencing specification through end users and consultants is preferred.
