Job Description:

1. Monitor social media metrics, provide reports and analysis.
2. Develop strategies based on reports and current social media trends.
3. Develop engagement with social media audiences and respond to complaints (if any).
4. Developing social media content that aligns with the company's identity and brand.
5. Daily and weekly content mapping to various platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.).
6. Monitoring creative design content.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Social Media Strategist or similar position.
3. Able to analyze social media metrics data to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
4. Able to develop effective social media strategies that are aligned with the company's business objectives.
5. Able to generate interesting and innovative content ideas.
6. Able to write interesting and easy-to-understand content for various social media platforms.
7. Able to write brief and collaborate with design teams.
8. Proficient in using various social media analytics tools.
