About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational FMCG company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Production Manager to assist the process and production function.

Job Description
  • Set production targets and organize a strategy to achieve them.
  • Make sure the production process doesn't stray from its schedule.
  • Ensure that the goods fulfill quality requirements.
  • Compose reports on production.
  • Examine production data and make efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee an effective material flow and equipment arrangement.
  • Verify that personnel and equipment fulfill performance and safety standards.
  • Keep an eye out for process problems and seek out chances to enhance operations.
  • Employ, develop, and evaluate employees' work
  • As inquiries, worries, or criticism are raised, assist staff members.
  • Oversee employees and assign them assignments
  • Interact with other departments to assure product delivery, such as the HR department to hire new employees, the finance department to create budgets, and the logistics department to hire additional employees.


The Successful Applicant
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/ chemical engineering, operations management, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred.
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5-8 years of progressive leadership roles, including supervisory or managerial experience
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality and safety compliance.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., food production, pharmaceuticals, automotive) may be beneficial.
