Job Description

  • To be responsible for opening and venturing into a new market in Indonesia for our clients, currently handling Indonesia marketing planning and subsequently focusing on their member's acquisitions, conversions, and retentions.
  • Responsible for all promotional activities, operations as well as maintenance of campaigns/websites.
  • To plan and monitor campaign spending against the budget allocated, keeping an accurate record and ensuring that targets are met.
  • Manage and oversee all contests, giveaways, etc. in the campaigns/projects assigned.
  • To produce, write, and proofread campaigns/website content.
  • To perform content optimization to improve the SEO ranking and social media exposure.
  • Coordinate with other advertising/media experts to improve the campaigns/website performance.
  • To consistently update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system database.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of the industry trends.
  • To assist and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including the marketing database, incoming emails and display advertising campaigns.
  • To recruit, train, manage, groom, and motivate subordinates as needed.


Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years of team managing experience.
  • At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses a high level of aggressiveness with a can-do attitude.
  • Possesses commercial awareness is data-driven, and is highly sensitive to numbers.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage.
  • Willing to be based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
