Basic Requirements:
- Minimum D3 / S1 from any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Fluent in English - Speaking, Written and Reading (B2 Upper Intermediate is the minimum requirement for this position, will be tested during recruitment process)
- Communicative.
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.
- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA.
Important notes: Candidates can work immediately if they pass the user interview.
Responsibilities:
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
