We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our exceptional marketing team! In this role, you will be instrumental in managing creative content, overseeing campaign performance, planning and allocating budgets, strategizing ads and content, as well as developing retention and reactivation strategies.

Job Description

• Creative Content Management: Develop and manage daily banners and compelling video content. Oversee official account content and campaigns on social media platforms.

• Campaign Performance Oversight: Monitor and optimize the performance of branding and acquisition ads. Provide regular reports on overall performance and weekly insights.

• Budget Planning and Allocation: Develop and implement budgeting plans for marketing campaigns. Allocate budgets effectively across various channels to maximize ROI.

• Strategic Ads and Content Planning: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Retention and Reactivation Strategies: Craft engaging content for inbox messages and SMS blasts. Monitor the effectiveness of retention campaigns and adjust content accordingly.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.

• Requires 2 years of working experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube and other third-party ad platforms.

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.

• Well-spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia
