We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and support the recruitment.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role with a minimum 15 years experience in HR.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
