Job Description:

  • Manage purchasing channels for projects and events.
  • Source and negotiate with non-contracted vendors as needed.
  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), including closures and cleansing.
  • Expedite shipping and booking processes.
  • Develop and maintain operational excellence dashboards.
  • Onboard vendors onto eProcurement and eInvoicing platforms.
  • Reactivate and accredit vendors.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and payment processes.
  • Support Accounts Payable in resolving invoices and vendor inquiries.
  • Coordinate import and export documentation.
  • Expand catalogs and manage vendor data.
  • Automate end-to-end procurement processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sourcing, procurement and supplier management or supply chain consulting or industry environment with a demonstrated track record of delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Experienced in using SAP or ERP systems
