About the Role
As the HR & GA Manager, you will lead our HR department, overseeing essential areas such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and general affairs. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do :
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent, managing the entire recruitment process from job postings to final hiring decisions.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal standards, and timely processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and meet all legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations by providing guidance on grievances, disciplinary actions, and overall workplace relations.
- Facilitate training and development programs that enhance employee skills and promote career growth within the company.
- Conduct performance management processes, including setting evaluation criteria, scheduling reviews, and ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize HR processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee general affairs, ensuring smooth office operations and addressing any administrative needs.
Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company.
- Thorough understanding of local labor laws and legal compliance requirements.
