Covering approximately 22,000 hectares across 2 districts and 6 sub-districts, the project is in the development phase with plans to expand the organizational structure and community presence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Development Supervisor at PT. Borneo Subur Agro in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Project Development Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to the restoration and conservation project, managing field operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines and goals are met.

Qualifications
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Experience in forestry, conservation, or environmental projects
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of carbon credit certification processes
  • Fluency in local languages or dialects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field
