We are looking for a creative Business Development Lead to Identify new business opportunities and target markets through market research, industry analysis, and networking.

VENAMBAK delivers a clean technology to reduce the environmental impact of aquaculture & increase its productivity with an integrated aeration system.

You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our organization's environmental impact initiatives while gaining valuable insights into the intricate world of sustainable aquaculture & coastal.

Business Development Lead

Responsibilities:

- Open and execute business opportunities through B2B, B2C and B2G channels to sell Venambak products and services.

- Identify and design new business opportunities according to the company's strategic plan, including designing processes and systems

- Conduct presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to showcase the company's products/services and value proposition.

- Maintain and develop relation with existing client/partner

- Provide reports every week.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management.

- Having experience in the Startup and Fisheries industry is a plus and knowing about coastal renewable energy and desalination.

- Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals.

- Strong in time and task management.

- Experience in selling, negotiating, problem solving, multitasking and adaptability with fast-paced environments.

- Having a background or experience in a service firm or consulting (B2B/B2C) sector will be highly preferred.

- Willing to Hybrid working arrangement.
