  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for designing marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen company's market position and achieve business goals in the country/Region
  • Plan and execute marketing projects, including BTL & ALT and other strategic development projects (eg: new product launch / user acquisition / promotion / campaign / event etc)
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and translate it to marketing campaigns/promotions/programs;
  • Lead and implement strategy and programs that help build & retain traffic on Website/eCommerce/Social platforms
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or in Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, with 2-3 years of experience in team management ,at least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Background in marketing agency or brand company with hands on experience in running major Marketing projects
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong Entrepreneurship to take ownership of the business, solve hard problems and deliver solid results
  • Great communication skills, Able to build trusted relations both internally and externally
  • Able to work under pressure in a startup company
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa, Chinese is a plus.
