Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for potential client leads by establishing new clients.
- Organizing the entire pitch process and coordinating both the internal team and the prospect's needs
- Supporting administrative activity in terms of quotation, reporting, billing, and contract.
- Presenting & negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing or ex-clients
- Managing the account’s budget and invoicing
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communication, Business, or related major.
• Have 2+ experience as an Account Executive especially in Activation or Digital Agency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
• Proficient communication skill in Indonesia, in English will be plus point
• Excellent in problem solving and negotiation.
• A determined person, curious, initiative, eager to learn, persuasive, and energetic.
• Excellent in Microsoft office.
