  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

About Us:

PT Good Sale Tech is a leading player in the beauty and health industry, managing four established in-house beauty brands: Grace&Glow, Elformula, Lilith&Eve, and Lab on Hair. We are also developing ten additional brands. We are seeking an experienced in Organization Development Project to join our HR team and contribute to our growing portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shape and refine the organizational structure to align with the company’s vision.
  • Develop, communicate, and ensure effective execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
  • Design and implement a structured SOP for the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience min 3 years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, People Development, or Performance Management.
  • In-depth understanding of human resources practices, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
