  • SEM/SEO Strategy Development: Lead SEM/SEO efforts to enhance visibility, drive both organic and paid traffic, and optimize search engine performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement CRO techniques to enhance website performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Demand Optimization: Drive initiatives focused on optimizing customer acquisition and retention to maximize overall demand.
  • Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and communicate the product vision effectively to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management within the marketing domain.
  • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to independently extract and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Proven experience with market expansion strategies and optimizing demand to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing product teams in an agile environment.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL and marketing analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with advertising APIs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel
  • Knowledge of SEM/SEO techniques for enhancing search engine visibility and driving traffic.
  • Experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
