We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the operations of our automotive business. The successful candidate will not only oversee daily functions but will be expected to drive innovation, streamline operational efficiency, and develop long-term growth strategies. This role requires a leader with deep industry knowledge and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Drive operational improvements by streamlining processes, optimizing the supply chain, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure efficiency and quality in all aspects of the business.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure operational and financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage branch P&L, with a focus on balancing operational costs with revenue generation to ensure sustainable financial growth.
  • Oversee branch adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards in the automotive industry, ensuring full compliance with local, national, and company-specific policies.
  • Ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are met by developing and enforcing standards of excellence in service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Prepare in-depth reports on branch performance, KPIs, and market analysis, and present insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing complex business strategies that lead to measurable success.
  • Strong P&L management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify areas of improvement, and drive cost-effective solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
