Procurement Officer
About The Role
You will be part of the HoldCo Procurement team based in Jakarta overseeing all OpCo under GoTo Group &, focusing on executing projects-based related to Procurement Operations (maintenance, business process improvement, and technology adoption) especially in Digital Marketing Commodity, while working with cross-functional stakeholders across the Group.
What You Will Do
GoTo Procurement Team consists of ~25 people based in Indonesia. The gist of our role is to contribute to annual cost optimization within GoTo following GoTo Procurement Policy and build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and vendors. We collaborate alongside many teams across the organization.
About The Role

What You Will Do
- Manage and streamline procurement activities related to Digital Marketing across all Operating Companies (OpCo) under the GoTo Group
- Support Sourcing Procurement Lead through value creation of cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives project
- Execute Procurement Initiative Pipeline pertaining to managed Spend Category, align with the procurement procedure
- Lead all vendor selection processes to support business target
- Maintain relationships with country vendors, to support GoTo Group's positioning in the market
- Achieve provided annual saving target, both Cost Avoidance and Cost Reduction
- Prepare procurement documentation for each sourcing activity
- Become the ambassador of Procurement value creation and build relationships with Businesses to ensure Early Procurement Involvement
- Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field (knowledge of related markets i.e marketing & general office expenditures ), preferably has been working in procurement too (1-2 years)
- Strong business and commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced in verbal and written Bahasa & English proficiency
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices would be considered a valuable asset
- Good To Have: Have a basic understanding of procurement for marketing or digital marketing
