The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting sales team by providing technical expertise and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of potential customers. This position involves working closely with sales representatives, partners, and customers to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in our solutions, providing deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting how our solutions can meet their specific business needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and tailor presentations to address these needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical inquiries from potential customers.
  • Product Customization: Work with the product management and engineering teams to customize solutions as per the client’s requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for sales teams and partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, proposals, and technical specifications.
  • Post-Sales Transition: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably within the packaging, labels, signage, or display industries.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software and hardware solutions related to design, prepress, workflow automation, and print production.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and develop creative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required.
