About the Role

Our client is looking for expertise as a Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager with extensive experience in social media advertising, particularly on Google, Meta Ads, Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of leveraging social media advertising to drive engagement and conversions. Given our client's focus on long-term investments and property development, the ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, capable of creating and executing campaigns that not only boost online visibility but also attract and retain tenants and clients for their real estate assets. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the digital presence of their self-storage, multifamily, and hospitality properties, aligning with their commitment to community impact and long-term growth.

Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact our client?

  • Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROAS in the e-commerce domain.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in new-school marketing, including Performance Max and Advantage Plus techniques.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing director to align strategies and goals.
  • Manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Increase ROAS and Scale Ad Spend: Direct responsibility for optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling ad spend across multiple campaigns and multiple countries.
  • Manage Multiple SKU Ad Campaigns: Proficient in managing and optimizing ad accounts with a relatively large number of SKUs, requiring strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with videographers, photographers, and editors to analyze ad performance data and guide the creation of high-performing content.
  • Use of Optimization Tools: Utilize Google Sheets and other Meta ad optimization software to analyze data, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Overcome Ad Spend Plateau: Develop and implement a strategy to break through the current ad spend plateau and significantly improve ROAS through creative ad strategies and data-driven insights.

How do you know if you are a good fit?

Requirement:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook and Instagram), with minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Requires extensive experience in managing high-budget ad campaigns, with a focus on scaling and optimizing across multiple SKUs.
  • Strong background in e-commerce marketing, previous agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate on creative content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification and Google Ads Certification are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
