We are now hiring Creative and Designer, to be part of our amazing team:

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize the creative communication campaign, or digital creative campaign, including produce extraordinary key visual, engaging video content and storyboard for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, product launches, and corporate communications.

- Collaborate closely with the account & strategy team to understand project goals, target audience and brand guideline to create videos that unique ideas, exceptional visual concept, and yet resonates with client’s target audience, as well as supporting the other stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in video production and digital marketing to continuously improve video content strategy.

- Create engaging visuals and conceptual visuals; Design graphics and visuals (both static & motion).

- Use a wide range of visual production hardware and software (including photography equipment and Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-impact, on-brand designs.

- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.

- Utilize video editing software to edit footage, add effects, graphics, and animations, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standard.

- Copywriting skill ability to create and assess captions and storylines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Animation, Fine Art, Advertising or related fields and had experience in a creative agency.

- Minimum of 3 years as a video designer, video editor or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful video content

- Proficiency in digital platform creative requirements (e.g. instagram, tiktok, website, facebook, and others)

- Excellent working knowledge of design software, particularly Adobe programs, Final Cut Pro, etc.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

- Ability to interpreting translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.
