  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Management Lead at Curaweda Palagan Innotech in Bandung. The Project Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing program and project management, project planning, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Day-to-day tasks include leading project teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project requirements and data effectively
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
  • Program Management and Project Management Skills: Experience in managing programs and projects to successful completion
  • Project Planning: Proficiency in developing and implementing project plans
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • High desire to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the company;
  • Committed to collaborating with all stakeholders and respecting each other;
  • Willing to be a liaison between clients and internal companies and lead every meeting with clients;
  • Able to create project documents including PRD, Timeline, Progress Report, and other supporting documents;
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere within the scope of work.
