Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy,
- Achieve engagement targets, follower growth, and increased brand awareness,
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms,
- Write and edit posts, create graphics, and edit videos for social media campaigns,
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts,
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions from followers,
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools,
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement,
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with the overall marketing strategy,
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and developments to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective,
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization,
- Assist and report any work to the Head.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field,
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications,
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.),
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer,
- Photography and video editing skills,
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM,
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create engaging and informative content,
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team,
- Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas for social media campaigns,
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively,
- Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms,
- Detail oriented, accurate, well organized, and able to work with target.
