Job Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include acting as the intermediary between the company and clients, addressing client needs from lead generation to project completion, including proposal development, negotiation, and the design process.
- The role also involves driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering client retention through strategic relationship management and marketing efforts.
- The account manager will be expected to meet sales targets, expand existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities, all while building strong client relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles, ideally with international clients and in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive client feedback.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, PipeDrive, Slack, and BetterProposal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to responsibilities and a commitment to quality control.
- Experience in project management, coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn about the architectural design process.
- Willing to work in Bali
