This position will be located in Uluwatu, Bali, at one of the newly opened restaurants, Soul Waves, which is part of the well-established Soul Cafes Group. The group includes Soul in a Bowl, Soul by the Beach, and Shotgun Social. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Soul Waves' marketing operations. This role will focus on campaign execution, coordinating promotions, managing partnerships, and ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all platforms. Through strategic marketing initiatives, you will collaborate closely with various departments and external partners to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities: Don't worry, as you won't be alone; Habitat Hospitality Bali will assist these tasks.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and private bookings with external partners (e.g., Habitat).
  • Coordinate printing and placement of collateral materials, managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Collaboration:

  • Attend marketing meetings, create meeting minutes (MOM), and track the progress of meeting outcomes.
  • Liaise with operational management to ensure seamless communication between departments during campaigns and promotions.

Public Relations:

  • Communicate and engage with the customers to find out what they like about Soul Waves and how they know about it.
  • Become the brand ambassador for Soul Waves, delivering our Soul to the customers through conversations and attention.

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Manage daily social media posting, including checking and responding to direct messages (DMs) and engaging with followers.
  • Create and upload content (photos and videos) adhering to Soul Waves' brand voice, guidelines, and content plan from Habitat Team.
  • For special events, capture and upload raw content to the shared drive for future use, ensuring accurate naming conventions and organization.
  • Entertain and coordinate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and brand ambassadors, ensuring they follow agreements and guidelines.

What you have:

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field or fresh graduates is welcome.

- D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or similar fields.

- Fluent in Indonesian and English; other languages are a plus.

- Knowledge of Social Media (Instagram and/or TikTok) and familiarity with taking content.

- Extroverted and communicates well.

- ⁠Willing to work in Uluwatu, Bali (Near Thomas and Bingin Beach)
