  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or operations management, preferably within the property development sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, operational procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Malang/Surabaya.
