Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged aksoro customers.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or service to aksoro customers.
  • Facilitate discussions, create service programs, and create content that promotes aksoro products to encourage member / customer interaction
  • Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
  • Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Genuine passion for customer interaction and delivering outstanding service.
  • Experience min. 3 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Focused on delivering tangible results and continuously seeking ways to improve performance
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus
  • Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
