Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged aksoro customers.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or service to aksoro customers.
- Facilitate discussions, create service programs, and create content that promotes aksoro products to encourage member / customer interaction
- Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
- Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Genuine passion for customer interaction and delivering outstanding service.
- Experience min. 3 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Focused on delivering tangible results and continuously seeking ways to improve performance
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus
- Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
