Digital Lending Data Analyst

About the Role

Responsible for handling and analyzing various sets of data related to business to gain insights that drive business decisions.

What You will do

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to provide data needed by the Digital Lending team for analysis, monitoring, and other business activities.
• Responsible for preparing necessary reports to monitor business performance.
• Provide regular and ad hoc analyses to gain insights into the current portfolio condition.
• Execute the checker-maker function in preparing whitelists as a list of eligible customers for digital lending products.
• Collaborate with other Digital Lending teams in formulating policies, strategies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Digital Lending business targets.

What You need to have

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst/MIS analyst in the financial industry
• Understanding of the role as a data analyst and proficiency in statistical and business intelligence tools.
• Structured & Creative Thinking.
• Communication Skills.
• Analyzing and processing large-scale information, data analysis, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in programming (MySQL, SQL, Python, etc.).
• Proficiency in business intelligence (especially Looker/GDS).
• Advanced operation of Excel/spreadsheets.
• Experience with data analysis and automation tools.
• Experience in analyzing business performance (business planning/projections, growth, cost of credit) and credit quality.
