Job Responsibility

To organize events and prepare the venue and carry out promotional or public relations activities as an explanation of the company's marketing strategy to support the achievement of company targets.

Job Requirement

• Promotional themes according to the marketing plan (based on environmental analysis).
• Promotional programs and activities by determining appropriate media, content and frequency.
• Approving promotional media designs such as brochures, catalog books, banners, billboards, pamphlets and painter-artwork.
• Make sure promotional materials are appropriate to the product to be launched and approve each promotional event (launching and gathering) to be carried out according to plan.
• Make sure all promotional tools, which are in the process of being worked on (by internal and external) and which have already been implemented.
• Relationships with media (agencies, creative media, and journalists).
• Ensure the level of success of promotional programs and make changes if necessary.
• Make updates Promotional Activity Management Guidelines.
• Able to make a promotional work budget plan.

Job Specification

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Communication Science or Visual Communication Design.
• Experience min. 10 years as Promotion Manager in a property or construction business company, or other related industry.
• Understand the strategy development within promotion for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
