Role Description

This is a Corporate Legal Supervisor role located on-site in Tangerang. Corporate Legal Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with corporate legal aspect of the Company.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree in Law
  • Has minimum 3 years of experience in Established Real Estate Developer Company as Corporate Legal Supervisor
  • Mastering in drafting and negotiating legal document especially related to Joint Operation or KSO, Stakeholder shares distribution, etc
  • Mastering and experience in company law aspect, company licensing, and litigation
  • Has good leadership, communication, and negotiation skill
