Key Responsibility(s)
- Handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters, including but not limited to companies’ establishment(s) and acquisition(s), manufacturing facility(ies) establishment and other investment-related transactions.
- Advising the company’s daily business activities, including those related to legal operational and licensing, commercial business and procurement.
- Day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to conducting legal research, regulatory monitoring, preparing and/or reviewing agreements, legal memorandums and various other legal documentations.
Qualification(s)
- Bachelor in Law (a master degree is a plus)
- Experience as a lawyer in a well-known law firm and an - in house counsel with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferable.
- Have expertise in corporate law, investment, M&A projects, data protection, IP and dispute settlement.
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in English and Bahasa).
- Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually.
- Fluent in English
- PERADI license is a plus.
