Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in content planning, content strategy, or similar roles.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Experience and familiarity with the beauty industry is highly advantageous.
- Passionate about the beauty industry with a deep understanding of beauty trends.
- Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends and algorithms, with the ability to create engaging ad content.
- Proven expertise in developing ad content scripts.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative team player, capable of working under pressure.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and dynamic, fast-growing companies.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates high integrity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive proposals with insightful and strategic campaign plans for influencer marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough data research, participate in brainstorming sessions, and generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Formulate influencer strategy campaigns aimed at implementing high-level campaign concepts for influencers.
- Regularly track and evaluate executive performance in alignment with various briefs (monthly, special, promotional, affiliate briefs).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the e-commerce, ads, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct research on the latest trends in the KOL industry and related marketing strategies.
- Prepare post-campaign reports, analyze performance, and present findings, including recommendations and next steps, to the brand team.
- Work closely with the Brand team to identify and plan influencer activations for new clients.
- Identify and understand the needs of influencers/creators to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
- Assist in identifying emerging social channels suitable for influencer content.
- Stay informed on current trends and maintain an in-depth understanding of all major social media platforms.
- Demonstrate the ability to present effectively to the brand team, with a capacity for storytelling from multiple perspectives in a concise and impactful manner.
- Proficiency in calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting performance analyses across awareness, engagement, and commerce campaigns is a strong advantage.
