  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PT. Pelsart Tambang Kencana, a leading gold mining company currently in the construction phase, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the project team.
  • Create and update project technical documents.
  • Coordinate with various parties involved in the project.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide technical recommendations.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the project in accordance with established standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management as a Project Engineer.
  • Proven experience in managing projects in the mining or mining infrastructure industry is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of and experience in project development and execution.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera, and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of standard construction contract formats.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
