Responsibilities :

To supports telematics systems by resolving GPS and fleet management issues, requiring technical expertise, industry knowledge, and communication to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Experienced in the telematic system is strongly recommended.
  3. Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  4. Familiarity with ticketing systems and a track record of efficiently resolving support issues within specified timeframes.
  5. Strong communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel
  7. Proficient in English (both written and verbal) in a professional manner
  8. Willing to be placed in Cikarang
